Special Award

Special Award for services to gluten-free beer 2014

Green's IPA

Green’s IPA

Beer mug

The judges decided to make this award both be cause of the contribution to the development of
gluten-free beer that Green’s have made over the last five years – and because of the quality of this year’s category winner, their India Pale Ale.

The brewers amongst the judges were amazed that Green’s had been able to create a first class, quality ale from sorghum alone with no addition of barley; the ‘lay’ beer-loving judges just loved it as a beer!
