Becky Excell is a London/Essex-based food writer, recipe creator and a Sunday Times best-selling author. She is the author of three gluten free books: How to Make Anything Gluten Free, How to Bake Anything Gluten Free, and How to Plan Anything Gluten Free. Becky was diagnosed in 2013 with IBS, which meant she had to eliminate gluten from her diet. On her website you will find a selection of her recipes to help you navigate a gluten free life, as well as a number of recipes for other dietary requirements.
‘Lucy’s Friendly Foods’ was created by Lucy, a long-term UK based vegetarian who trained at Le Cordon Bleu in both cuisine and patisserie. Her main focus is ‘friendly’ cooking, since both her daughters have multiple food allergies and she is on a mission to recreate a variety of recipes that many people can enjoy and share. All of her recipes are free from dairy, eggs, peanuts and sesame seeds; most are also free from all tree nuts and soya; some are also free from wheat and gluten; all are vegetarian and ‘accidentally’ vegan! You can explore Lucy’s recipes and meal ideas on her website.
Called Glutarama because the gluten free baking is actually the happy ending to each drama, whilst some may be pulling their hair out over perfecting the world’s best gluten free Victoria Sponge, she simply loves to bake, recipe develop and create something from scratch. Sign up for weekly newsletters, recipes, subscriber discounts, humour and the occasional drama!
