Categories - 2010
Although categories specify gluten or dairy free we would hope and expect that many of the products in all categories would be both gluten and dairy free.
The overall winner of the FAIR trophy for the Best FreeFrom Food 2010 will be drawn from the winners of the 15 categories below.
We will award a winner and two commended/highly commendeds in each category.
Innovation award
Sponsored by Livwell The innovation category will include any new product which featured in Foods Matter or on the Foods Matter website between June 2009 and April 2010.
