Foods Matter readers are the ultimate ‘prosumers’ – the consumers who determine the future of brands and can significantly affect the development of the market.
In January and February 2008 Foods Matter conducted an in depth survey of their readers’ free-from shopping habits – the results of which will be made available to the principal sponsors of the Foods Matter Free-from Food Awards.
